My father built this company from the factory floor. He started as an apprentice — no shortcuts, no titles — and spent thirty years turning that discipline into a standard every parts we ship is held to.

I’m Hayden, his son. I grew up in this factory. I know what that standard looks like in practice, and I’m the person accountable when it isn’t met.
