Process Validation

We validate and lock the processing window—temperature, pressure, and cycle time—against your approved first article.
The same parameters that pass your first article run your 10,000th part.

In-Process Inspection

Production is strictly monitored per AQL standards. Any process drift an immediate review.
Problems are caught during the run — not after it ships.

We Use the Right Tool for Each Inspection Job.
Not every feature requires a CMM. Not every contour
can be measured with a caliper.
Matching the inspection method to the feature type
is as important as the measurement itself.
