Secondary Operations & Assy = Simplification
Every Supplier You Add Is a Problem You Now Own.
The injection-molded part leaves our press looking perfect. Then it goes to a painting shop that has different quality standards. Then to an assembly house that has different lead time expectations. Then back to you — and something isn’t right, and nobody is willing to say it’s their fault.
We built our secondary operations to eliminate that scenario entirely.
Structural bonding, cosmetic finishing, mechanical assembly, and retail-ready packaging — handled in-house or under our direct quality control. One purchase order. One point of accountability. One team that cannot point fingers at anyone else when something is wrong.
What We Do In-House
Heat Staking & Ultrasonic Insertion
Brass inserts, locating pins, and threaded hardware pressed precisely into plastic — with controlled heat or ultrasonic energy to ensure pull-out strength meets your torque specification.
Done in-house. Documented per batch.
Ultrasonic Welding
Two plastic shells fused into one — no screws, no adhesive, no visible seam.
We use ultrasonic welding where structural integrity and clean cosmetics both matter: sealed enclosures, waterproof housings, tamper-evident assemblies. The joint strength is specified and validated, not estimated.
Pad Printing & Silkscreening
Logo placement, operational markings, regulatory symbols — applied in-house with registration accuracy that keeps your brand identity consistent across every unit in the run.
Surface Finishing
Under Our Quality Control, Not Yours.
Painting, plating, and anodizing require specialized facilities we don’t replicate in-house. What we do instead is manage the entire process as a single responsible party.
Parts leave our facility. We inspect them when they return. Anything that doesn’t meet your specification gets rejected before it reaches you — not after.
| Surface Treatment | Applicable Materials |
|---|---|
| Painting | Plastic, metal |
| Electroplating | Metal, platable plastic |
| Anodizing | Aluminum |
Assembly & Kitting
Mechanical Sub-Assembly & Retail-Ready Packaging
We don’t touch PCBA or electronic circuitry. We focus on what comes before your production line receives the part — and what needs to happen so your line workers can install it in one motion.
Hardware Integration
Screws, springs, bearings, 3M VHB tape, and gaskets — installed and torqued to your specification.
Mechanical Sub-Assembly
Multi-part plastic and metal assemblies built to your bill of materials.
Kitting
Components pre-assembled into a single unit — ready for your production line to install in one motion.
Retail-Ready Packaging
Barcode labels, blister packs, PE bags, custom cartons — configured to your retail or logistics specification.
