PEEK. PPS. LCP.
Production runs.
We built our process specifically around these engineering plastics.
Three high-temperature machines — 30T, 50T, and 80T — configured with high-temperature barrels, high-wear-resistant screws, and dedicated setups that never mix high-performance resins with standard materials.
No carbon contamination. No compromised process windows.
No “we’ll try it and see.”
For standard engineering resins and general-purpose materials, we run two additional machines — 130T and 280T — with the same process discipline: locked parameters, documented runs, consistent output.
Five machines. Two classes of work. One quality standard across both.
High-Performance & Engineering Resins
Materials that require a process built around them —
not adapted to them.
| Material | Application |
|---|---|
| PEEK | Medical implant components, aerospace brackets, chemical-resistant housings |
| PEI (Ultem) | Aerospace interior parts, medical sterilizable components |
| PPS | Automotive fluid systems, electrical connectors, pump housings |
| LCP | High-frequency connectors, micro components, antenna housings |
| PPSU / PSU | Medical device housings, fluid handling components |
| PA66-GF / PBT-GF | Automotive structural parts, industrial gear housings |
Dedicated machine setup per resin family.
- High-performance resins are never run on machines used for standard materials — no purge risk, no process compromise, no contamination.
Standard Engineering & General-Purpose Resins
PP, ABS, PC, PE, POM — we run them all.
The same process discipline we apply to PEEK applies here: locked processing windows, documented parameters, in-process dimensional checks.
If your part is PP or ABS, you still get the same DFM review, the same first article inspection, and the same batch-to-batch consistency.
The material is simpler. The standard isn’t.
| Material | Application |
|---|---|
| PP | Consumer products, fluid containers, living hinge components, Automotive interior trim |
| ABS | Enclosures, housings, consumer electronics |
| PC | Optical components, transparent housings, high-impact parts |
| PE | Flexible components, caps, liners |
| POM | Precision gears, bearings, sliding mechanisms |
